Notice of fees to Tenants

• Tenant fee (one tenant)      £295

• Tenant fee (two or more)     £195 per tenant

• Check-out fee                     £130 - £250 (this can vary in accordance with size of property)

• Deposit                               Equivalent to 6 weeks' rent

The Tenant Fee covers a variety of services than can differ with each letting depending on the individual circumstances. These services can include; conducting viewings, negotiations, referencing, inventory inspection and report drawing up contracts. The charge will not exceed this sum unless you request or cause one of the specific additional services or fees set out below.

Other fees

• Substitution of tenant             As per above "Tenant fee"

• Tenant reference request        £30

• Tenants renewal                     £95 (per tenant)

VAT Our fees are NOT subject to VAT

These fees are listed as a guide only. Aston Square reserve the right to change these fees with prior notice in writing.
